Standing Long Jump
Description:
How far can you jump from a standing position?
Rules:

Mark a line
-
Both feet start behind the line
-
Athlete must jump with both feet

Distance will be measured from the line to the back of the foot closest to the jump line

Record the distance on the score card

Designated line (cones, chair, stationary object that will not move)

Modifications:

If you do not have a measuring tape, you can measure the distance jumped in steps
Tennis Ball Throw
Description:
How far can you throw a tennis ball?
Rules:
-
Athlete will stand behind a designated line
-
Athlete will throw the tennis ball as far as they can
-
Measurement will be made from the designated line to where the tennis ball first touched the ground
-
Record the distance on score card
-
If you can throw more than 15M, consider doing the softball throw instead

Wheelchair Tennis Ball Throw
Description:
How far can you throw a tennis ball?
Rules:

Athlete will stay behind a designated line

Athlete will throw the tennis ball as far as they can
-
Measurement will be made from the designated line to where the tennis ball first touched the ground

Description:

Rules:

If you have access to a track, space out the 4 athletes as you would a typical relay event

Time how long it takes the team to complete the relay

Description:
How fast can your team complete a 4x100 Meter relay?
Rules:

If you have access to a track, space out the 4 teammates (2 athletes and 2 partners) as you would a typical relay event
-
Create a designated start/finish line
-
Time how long it takes the team to complete the relay

Submit team’s total time
