Training @ Home

This is the time to practice those events and get better each day.  Remember you can pick 3 events in 2 sports (six total events). Practice at home as much as you can so that you're ready for competition week.

Friday, September 11th

4:00pm (CST) - Zoom Fitness Training with Farsha Jones

Monday, September 14th

6:00 pm (CST) – Opening Ceremony

Join us on YouTube or Facebook Live for our exciting Opening Ceremony.  You won't want to miss this show!

September 15-20


Athletes can compete this week in 2 sports with 3 events in each sport. We're also offering Unified events with our partners. Do your best, then record your best score in each event. Visit the "Sports" tab above for information on rules, set-up and modifications.  


Don't forget to send us video too! We want to see how you've done! Videos can be shared in our Facebook group or sent to aparker@specialolympicstn.org.

2:00 pm (CST) - Funky Dance Fitness Zoom Class

Get moving and grooving with fun '80s and '90s dance moves with Fitness Instructor Jason. This class takes place over Zoom and is free to attend. Click the purple link above to join the class.

2:00 pm (CST) - Weight Training 101 Zoom Class

Join Fitness Instructor Jason in a fun basic weight training class. You will need 2 light dumbbells and a chair. This class takes place via Zoom - click the purple link above to join. 


5:00 pm (CST) - Athletics Training with Chris Sanders 

Former Titan Chris Sanders will lead us in a track workout via Zoom. Wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes and be ready to get your workout on! Click the purple link above to join.
